By connecting to Circles you agree to these terms.

The service

Circles is a consent token broker. It lets agents request, grant, present, and revoke scoped, passkey-signed permissions. It does not access your underlying data and does not act on your behalf beyond brokering the consent you explicitly sign.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to forge or replay consent, circumvent authentication, or use Circles to obtain access you are not entitled to. Consent you grant is your responsibility; review each request before approving.

Availability & changes

Circles is provided on a best-effort basis during its pilot phase, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Features and these terms may change; material changes will be reflected here.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mavens GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service during the pilot.
